Start of Year Enroller

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Start of Year Enroller to join our team and drive the successful onboarding of new members at the beginning of each enrollment cycle. This energetic role is vital in ensuring a smooth, engaging, and comprehensive enrollment experience for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently. As a key player in our enrollment process, you will help set the tone for a positive year ahead by providing exceptional support, guidance, and information to new enrollees. Duties Facilitate the start-of-year enrollment process by guiding new members through all necessary steps with enthusiasm and clarity Conduct outreach via telemarketing and outside sales techniques to encourage participation and answer initial inquiries Collaborate with marketing teams to promote enrollment periods through various channels, including multilingual communication when applicable Assist with benefits administration by explaining plan options, coverage details, and answering questions related to insurance sales and benefits packages Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive customer information with confidentiality and professionalism Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly, offering solutions, and maintaining positive relationships throughout the enrollment period Support sales administration tasks such as data entry, analysis of enrollment trends, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of achieving targets Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate value propositions and close enrollments Multilingual or bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations effectively Familiarity with insurance sales, benefits administration, or healthcare-related products is highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information to clients Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating enrollment data and identifying opportunities for improvement Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns that involve outreach efforts to potential enrollees Join us as a Start of Year Enroller and be part of an energetic team dedicated to making a positive impact during one of the most important times of the year!
