As two of the region's most respected providers of orthopedic and upper extremity care, we offer a collaborative, patient-focused environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, innovation, and ongoing professional development.Position SummaryThis position provides comprehensive occupational therapy services in accordance with established clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies. The role is responsible for timely, compliant documentation, patient scheduling, and ensuring patients are treated promptly while promoting adherence to prescribed plans of care. It includes supervising and delegating duties to occupational therapy assistants and clinical aides, coordinating with physicians and the rehabilitation team, and supporting front desk and administrative functions as needed. The position also designs and implements individualized therapeutic activity programs to help patients restore function, maximize independence, and return to work or daily life activities while maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct.
