Financial Planning Analyst Manager

FP&A ManagerWe are seeking a highly analytical Senior Accounting/Financial Analyst or FP&A Manager to support enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis initiatives. This corporate-level role partners with operations and finance leadership across all locations, with a strong focus on capital expenditure planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who combines strong accounting knowledge with advanced analytical capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.Reports To: Director of Accounting & FinanceLocation: Onsite - Batesburg, SCResponsibilitiesTrack, analyze, and forecast capital expenditure (CapEx) spending and capital projects across the organization.Partner closely with operations leaders to support financial planning and investment decisions.Prepare and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and executive-level presentations.Lead and support quarterly forecasting processes and financial performance analysis.Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance metrics to provide actionable business insights.Support month-end and year-end accounting and finance activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced financial reporting.Assist in maximizing company performance through data-driven analysis and decision support.Utilize ERP and financial systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Sage Fixed Assets, to support reporting and forecasting activities.Support finance leadership with strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Strong analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Proven ability to interpret complex financial data and provide meaningful business insights.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Sage Fixed Assets preferred.CPA designation is highly preferred but not required.Manufacturing industry experience is a plus but not required.
