We are currently seeking a dependable Cell Operator join our production team.\nPosition Summary\n2nd Shift Quality Tech\nThe Quality Technician plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet the required quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This position involves conducting quality inspections, performing analyses, and maintaining compliance with various regulatory standards such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience with quality management systems.\nDuties\n\nConduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.\nUtilize precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and coordinate measuring machines to perform accurate measurements.\nImplement and maintain quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CGMP, and HACCP standards.\nParticipate in quality audits and assist in the development of corrective actions for non-conformities.\nCollect and analyze data related to product quality and performance to identify trends and areas for improvement.\nCollaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to quality control processes and procedures.\nOperate vision inspection systems to detect defects or inconsistencies in products.\nDocument findings from inspections and analyses accurately within the quality management system (QMS).\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives by providing input on quality assurance practices/Skills\nFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is essential for maintaining compliance.\nExperience conducting quality audits and implementing corrective actions based on findings.\nSolid background in manufacturing processes related to quality control and assurance.\nExcellent analytical skills for data collection, analysis, and reporting of quality metrics.\nAbility to operate various precision measuring instruments effectively.\nStrong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.\nEffective communication skills for collaboration across departments. This role is vital for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and effectiveness.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook\nAbility to read and interpret part prints\nMust possess math skills\nMust be capable of standing/walking for 8-12 hours per day.\nMust be capable of stooping, kneeling, bending etc.\nMust be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds periodically\nQualifications & Workplace Requirements\n\nProfessional Standing: Must remain in good standing across all internal metrics, including safety protocols, quality guidelines, attendance standards, and company disciplinary policies.\nTeam Alignment: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced group setting, demonstrating strong communication and teamwork skills.\nPolicy Compliance: Strict adherence to all established company policies, procedures, and plant safety regulations.\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\n\nPhysical Agility: Continuous standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting on a concrete manufacturing floor throughout the shift.\nLifting Capacity: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 50 pounds independently.\nBenefits\n\nFull Benefits Package, including 401(k), STD/LTD, Life and AD&D\nPTO, Holidays\nMueller Industries Companies provide equal opportunity in employment to all employees and applicants for employment.
