This role involves building a responsive, high-performance React.js application using TypeScript, designed to provide a seamless flight booking and trip management experience. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to connect our frontend experience with our proprietary APIs and ensure reliable, secure, and intuitive user interactions.\r\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities-\r\n\r\nLead the development and optimization of modern web applications built with React.js and TypeScript.\r\nIntegrate and manage data flows between the frontend and backend APIs for flight search, booking, and trip management.\r\nImplement clean, reusable components and maintainable architectural patterns aligned with best practices.\r\nCollaborate with design and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and refined UI interactions.\r\nEnsure performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across browsers and devices.\r\nEstablish and maintain CI/CD workflows for efficient testing, deployment, and release cycles.\r\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks and linting tools.\r\n\r\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities-\r\n\r\nStrong knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), component-driven architecture, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).\r\nSkilled in using CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and version control tools such as Git.\r\nFamiliarity with performance optimization, analytics integration, and SEO best practices.\r\nUnderstanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web development.\r\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).\r\nFamiliarity with automated testing frameworks and linting tools.\r\nPrevious work in a cross-functional environment integrating mobile and web platforms.\r\nExperience with aviation, travel tech, or other logistics-driven platforms is a plus.\r\n\r\nEducation & Experience-\r\n\r\n5+ years of professional experience in web development, including 3+ years with React.js and TypeScript.\r\nExperience integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and handling authentication and session management.\r\nExperience working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar).\r\nPrevious work in a cross-functional environment integrating mobile and web platforms.\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.\r\n\r\nSchedule & Travel-\r\n\r\nThe typical work schedule includes five 8-hour shifts assigned to one of the established schedules within the department. Nights, weekends and/or holidays may be required to support the needs of the organization.\r\nAbility to travel as needed up to 10%.\r\n\r\nMiscellaneous-\r\n\r\nFLSA Status- full time exempt\r\nLifting requirements- Up to 20lbs\r\nU.S. work authorization is a precondition of employment.
