Speech Language Pathologist in Sauk Rapids, MN

Step into a meaningful role supporting K-12 students through the 2026-2027 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist on a full-time contract. What we're looking for: Completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyActive Minnesota SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) statusPrevious experience working in school-based settings is welcomedStrong time management and organizational skills-case management experience is essentialAbility to engage with and support K-12 students with varied communication needsExcellent interpersonal skills for family and teacher collaboration Your role will include: Providing speech-language therapy services to a caseload of 60-70 studentsServing as case manager for approximately 30 students, developing and monitoring IEP goalsConducting assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelinesCollaborating with teachers, families, and other school professionals to foster student successParticipating in IEP meetings and contributing to the multidisciplinary teamDelivering support across a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week By pursuing this contract opportunity, you'll play a vital part in students' success and enjoy the chance to practice in a supportive school environment.
