Key Responsibilities: Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure optimaloperation and product quality. Act as production lead during shift,coordinating activities and supporting team members. Monitor productionprocesses, identify issues, and implement solutions to minimizedowntime. Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, andrepairs on machinery. Collaborate with teams to improve processes andefficiency. Document maintenance activities and maintain accuraterecords. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies atall times. An ideal candidate is passionate about finding out howmachines work, possesses good problem-solving skills and enjoysautomation system maintenance. RequirementsSkills and Qualifications: Proven experience in manufacturingmaintenance, machine setup, or related roles. Strong mechanical aptitudeAnd Troubleshooting Skills. Experience With Electrical Sensors, PLCs,servo motors, servo drives, hydraulic and mechanical functions and more.Ability to act as a production lead, demonstrating leadership andcommunication skills. Knowledge of automated and manual manufacturingequipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals,and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention todetail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt tochanging priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; technicaltraining or certifications preferred. Standard hours for S2 are Monday -Friday, 3:00 p.m. to Midnight. Must be available for both weekly andweekend overtime as needed (this is scheduled in advance). This rolerequires individuals to be on their feet, walking or standing for themajority of the shift and the right candidate must be able tocommunicate effectively with other employees. Candidates should havereliable transportation and be able to pass a drug screen if offered theposition.
