Consumer Loan Center Operations AnalystThe Consumer Loan Center (CLC) operations Analyst role will be responsible for all facets of Consumer Loan Servicing with internal and external customers for the life of the loan.Position ResponsibilitiesSupport Servicing activities for Consumer Loans, including support for internal and external customers as well as collaboration with our 3rd party servicing vendor.Maintain quality and service standards to generate loan volume and income for the bank.Ensure that all requirements are met for all loans according to Comerica policies and guidelines.Research and resolve complex customer questions.Understand the complete process for consumer lending products including credit, compliance regulations and the Consumer Lending process within the Banking Centers.Review all consumer loans and collateral documentation for compliance with the loan approval, legal guidelines, credit and lending policies and applicable Federal Regulations and State Laws. Develop procedures to comply with any changes in federal regulations and auditing requirements.Train new employees on loan programs, compliance, and all lending functions.Coach staff when changes occur and staff when new products are developed.Manage projects within the CLC Operations Department Assist with CLC documentation projects.Responsible for auditing loan processes. Research and respond to compliance audit review.Position QualificationsHigh School Diploma OR equivalent GED and 1 year of experience in loans OR Associate Degree1 year of experience in Consumer or Mortgage Lending1 year of experience in customer service1 year of experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and Power PointWork Best CategoryCategory C - Days in the office will either be designated days or will vary week to week from 2-5 daysHours8:00am - 5:00pm Monday - FridaySalaryTo Be Determined Based on Individual Experience
