You'll be responsible for making sure that your team delivers the highest quality product, on time every time.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities:\n\nOversee the day to day activities of ateam of production operators\n\nSet team goals and meet daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations\n\nMeasure and improve group performance\n\nLead daily operations and continuous improvement, including production processes, quality, inventory, and operational safety\n\nReduce operational cost, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvement\n\nPromote a team environment\n\nPerforms special projects/tasks as assigned.\n\nPreferred Education:\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.
