It's how they grow.\r\nJob Description Position Summary\r\nThe Learning & Development Specialist plays a key role in building a culture of continuous learning and employee growth across PPC Partners, Inc. This individual will support the development, deployment, facilitation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that help attract, grow, and retain talent across the organization.\r\nThis role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, energized by facilitation, and excited to create meaningful learning experiences that drive real business impact. The Learning & Development Specialist will partner closely with leaders, subject matter experts, and the broader L&D team to deliver engaging programs for both field and professional employees.\r\nThe ideal candidate is dynamic, organized, engaging in front of a room, highly collaborative, and eager to continue growing their own skills and career within Learning & Development.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\nProgram Development & Design\r\nSupport the design and development of engaging learning experiences aligned to business priorities and employee development needs\r\nAssist in creating instructor-led, blended, experiential, and technology-enabled learning programs for field and professional employees\r\nApply modern learning theories, instructional design practices, and current talent development trends to create impactful learner experiences\r\nLeverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development, learner engagement, personalization, efficiency, and scalability\r\nDevelop and maintain facilitator guides, participant materials, activities, job aids, and supporting resources\r\nPartner with internal subject matter experts to translate operational knowledge into effective learning experiences\r\nIncorporate adult learning principles and practical application into all learning solutions\r\nContinuously evaluate and refresh content to ensure programs remain relevant, engaging, and impactful\r\nMeasure program effectiveness through participant feedback, engagement metrics, observations, and business outcomes\r\nAnalyze evaluation data and recommend improvements to content, delivery, and learner experience\r\nStay informed on evolving learning trends, AI capabilities, facilitation strategies, and workforce development best practices to continuously enhance programming\r\nHelp identify opportunities to scale and improve enterprise learning offerings\r\nSupport ongoing enhancement of learning experiences to ensure they are practical, impactful, and aligned to organizational goals\r\nQualifications\r\nStrong facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading adult learning experiences\r\nStrong understanding of adult learning principles, learner engagement techniques, and modern instructional design practices\r\nCuriosity and willingness to explore innovative learning approaches, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled development tools\r\nPassion for continuous learning and staying current on industry trends and best practices in Learning & Development\r\nMinimum 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development, training, education, facilitation, or related field\r\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field;
