Project members may travel to locations within and outside the United States.The RoleThe Program Manager will be responsible for leading the Vault Modernization Program (VMP) and ensuring its successful execution. This includes managing program schedules, budgets, and resources, as well as coordinating with stakeholders to meet program requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Program Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery, aligning with organizational strategic objectives and meet NSA Certification and Nuclear Certification requirementsResource Management: Oversee and optimize program resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to ensure compliance with Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and cyber-security principles, as well as relevant regulations and policies.Stakeholder Engagement: Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and team members, to ensure program requirements are met, including those outlined in the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) and the System Requirements Document (SRD).Risk Management: Develop and manage program risk mitigation plans, including those related to NSA Certification and Nuclear Certification, to ensure proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.Compliance and Governance: Ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, including those related to nuclear surety and cybersecurity, to maintain program integrity and compliance.What You'll Bring:Program Management Expertise: Utilize agile methodologies, lean principles, and risk-based approaches to drive program flexibility, efficiency, and risk management.Digital and Data-Driven: Leverage digital technologies and data analytics to drive program innovation, improvement, and informed decision making.Governance and Performance: Emphasize governance, compliance, and performance management, including metrics, stakeholder management, and change management, to ensure program success and delivery.You are a visionary leader, able to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and innovation.You are a master collaborator, able to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and team members.You are a creative problem-solver, able to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.You are customer-focused, with a deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.You are detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to analyze complex data.Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor with 10+ years of experience in program management (+8 years with Masters), preferably in an engineering, defense or aerospace programProven track record of successful program deliveryStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience with government contracts, acquisition process requirements, and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL)Relevant experience is job-related work that provides the necessary knowledge, skill, and abilities to perform the role (position).Must be able to obtain Secret (or higher) security clearanceCapable of creating required engineering documentation using Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, and AccessAble to obtain Top Secret (or higher) security clearancePreferred Education, Experience, & SkillsExperience in testing, commissioning and validation activitiesFamiliar with Department of Defense programsExperience in requirement management software such as CAMEOProject Management Professional CertificationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $136000 - $231200Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
