Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will work closely with multiple members of the Marketing team to help keep projects organized, campaigns moving, and events running smoothly.What You'll DoMarketing Operations & Project SupportSupport day-to-day marketing operations and project coordination across multiple initiativesAssist with marketing project management, timelines, and workflow trackingCoordinate vendor documentation, invoices, expense tracking, and budget supportMaintain marketing documentation, process guides, and internal resourcesEvent & Production CoordinationSupport conference, meeting, and event logistics in partnership with the Events teamCoordinate event materials, promotional items, shipping, and inventory managementAssist with registration, scheduling, booth coordination, and onsite event support as neededSupport campaign fulfillment and print production processes with vendors and internal teamsCommunications & Team SupportServe as a point of contact for internal marketing requests and questionsMonitor marketing inboxes and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSupport internal and external communications, including email proofing and routing approvalsAssist with Town Hall scheduling and coordination effortsSystems & Administrative SupportSupport APCO’s company store administration, including product setup and order managementCoordinate marketing equipment and systems setup for new hiresAssist with process improvements and special projects as neededWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple projects at once. You’re comfortable balancing administrative coordination with creative and operational marketing support.You’re also proactive and collaborative, able to work effectively across teams while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
