We judge ourselves on our ability to innovate, drive efficiency and deliver excellence for our clients.\n**No sponsorship available for this position**\n**Candidate must be local to Westminster, CO**\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Tier 1 &2 support for end-user and system issues across Microsoft 365 and endpoint platforms\nAdminister and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint\nManage devices using Microsoft Intune, including policies, compliance, and application deployment\nPerform laptop imaging, provisioning, rebuilds, and lifecycle support\nSupport Active Directory and Azure AD / Entra ID (user accounts, groups, access, troubleshooting)\nTroubleshoot email, identity, device, and access-related issues end to end\nTrack, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests using Jira\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives\nCreate and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Platform teams on escalations and enhancements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n3–5 years of experience in a System Support, Desktop Support, or IT Operations role\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online\nExperience managing devices with Intune (MDM/MAM, configuration profiles, compliance policies)\nSolid working knowledge of Active Directory and identity troubleshooting\nExperience with laptop imaging and endpoint lifecycle management\nFamiliarity with JIRA in an IT support or Agile environment\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional team\nExperience with Linux systems (administration or troubleshooting)\nWorking knowledge of SQL or Python for reporting, diagnostics, or automation\nFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting\nExposure to AI-enabled tools or platforms, such as:\nMicrosoft Copilot or other M365 AI features\nAI-assisted support tools, chatbots, or automation\nUsing AI to improve incident resolution, documentation, or operational efficiency\n\nExperience in hybrid Active Directory / Azure AD environments\nUnderstanding of ITIL concepts or service management best practices\nRelevant certifications (Microsoft, ITIL, Agile – a plus)\n\nThe base pay range provided serves as a general guideline.
