The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and managing data in our internal systems, databases, and tools. This role requires strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently. As part of our operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the company's day-to-day business activities by ensuring that all data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.\r\nKey Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data into the companys internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets, ensuring the information is complete and error-free.\r\nCross-check data for accuracy and completeness, identifying discrepancies or inconsistencies, and making necessary corrections.\r\nOrganize, categorize, and maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring they are easy to retrieve and comply with company policies and regulations.\r\nAssist with the generation of routine and ad-hoc reports by compiling data from various sources and presenting it in an organized and understandable format.\r\nRegularly update and clean data to ensure the integrity of information, removing outdated or inaccurate records when necessary.\r\nSupport the integration of data from different systems and sources, ensuring smooth transitions and data consistency across platforms.\r\nWork with the Data Manager to monitor and maintain the integrity of various databases, ensuring they are functioning effectively.\r\nWork closely with other departments (such as engineering, finance, and project management) to ensure that the data you are entering is aligned with the business needs.\r\nOrganize and maintain digital files in an orderly manner for easy retrieval and compliance with internal policies.\r\nEnsure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company data, adhering to company policies and legal regulations.\r\nPerform routine checks and audits to ensure that the data entered is consistent, accurate, and up-to-date.\r\nProvide general administrative support to various departments, such as preparing documents, reports, and other forms of communication as needed.\r\nQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.\r\nProven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles, preferably in an engineering or technical environment.\r\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in large volumes of data.\r\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data entry software;
