Parent as Teachers Educator

The Cassville R-IV School District is looking for a qualified applicant to serve as the Parents As Teachers Educator. This is a classified position with flexible hours. Applicant must meet at least one of the following requirements:A two-year associate degree or two-year certificate program in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or Nursing.Sixty semester hours or more of credit from an academic degree granting institution.Five years of successful experience in a program working with young children and their parents as approved by DESE and a high school diploma or equivalent.All PAT Training costs will be covered by the district.PAT helps to establish positive partnerships between home, school and the community and plays a vital role in supporting families and children from the very beginning toward school readiness.
