We are looking for an Assistant Studio Manager who is energetic, organized, people-focused, and confident driving sales conversations.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable proactively calling leads, following up with prospects, and helping convert interest into memberships.\nPosition Overview\nThe Assistant Studio Manager supports the daily operations, sales performance, and member experience of the studio. This is a highly customer-facing role that combines hospitality, relationship-building, operational support, and sales.\nSuccess in this role requires someone who is:\nComfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads\nConfident discussing memberships and closing sales\nMotivated by goals and performance metrics\nOrganized and proactive\nWarm, professional, and relationship-oriented\nCore ResponsibilitiesSales & Lead Management\nMake outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospects and members\nFollow up consistently with leads who inquire online, visit the studio, or complete intro stretches\nBook intro stretches and convert prospects into memberships\nEducate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching and recurring wellness routines\nRecommend memberships and packages based on client goals\nHelp drive monthly sales, conversion, and retention goals\nMaintain accurate lead notes and follow-up activity in the CRM system\nMember Experience\nDeliver a premium, welcoming experience for every client\nBuild relationships with members and help foster a strong community atmosphere\nAssist with member concerns, scheduling needs, and account questions\nSupport retention efforts through consistent communication and follow-up\nStudio Operations\nSupport day-to-day studio operations and front desk management\nAssist with opening/closing procedures and overall studio presentation\nCoordinate schedules and help optimize appointment flow\nMaintain organization and cleanliness standards throughout the studio\nSupport local marketing events, partnerships, and community outreach efforts\nTeam Support\nCollaborate closely with the General Manager and Flexologist team\nHelp maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented culture\nSupport training initiatives and studio accountability\nQualifications\n1–3 years of sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, or studio management experience preferred\nComfortable with outbound calling and proactive sales outreach\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\nAbility to confidently ask for the sale\nOrganized with strong attention to detail\nPositive attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset\nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment\nWeekend and some evening availability preferred\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThis is not a passive front desk role. We are looking for someone who:\nEnjoys talking to people\nFeels confident on the phone\nCan naturally build trust and relationships\nUnderstands how to create urgency and drive bookings\nIs motivated by helping people while also achieving sales goals\nCompensation & Benefits\nEstimated total earnings: $25–$35 per hour (base + commission, based on sales performance), with even higher potential upside\nBase pay (based on experience)\n+commission on new membership sales\n+Performance-based bonuses\nHealth reimbursement benefit (ICHRA) available for eligible employees\n401(k) match\nComplimentary StretchLab sessions\nGrowth opportunities within a fast-growing wellness brand\nSupportive, community-focused environment\nEmployment Status\nEmployment with StretchLab Castro is at-will, which means either you or StretchLab Castro may end the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.
