and able to go W2**\nPAY RATE:\n$90-$100 per hour\nOVERVIEW:\nEpic Cadence Certified Analyst to perform full scale assessment of current scheduling system and workflows, providing a recommendation for improvements, changes, and project plan to optimize the current Custody Health Services scheduling performance and processes.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nObjectives\nAssess current workflows and system functionality across operations.\nCollaborate with Operations to define options, constraints, and requirements.\nPropose alternative solutions with recommended approaches and timeframes.\nRebuild workflows aligned to agreed requirements and standards.\nProvide training and go-live support for new workflows and functionality.\nScope of Services\n2.1 Discovery & Analysis\nReview existing workflows, SOPs, and system configurations.\nConduct stakeholder interviews (Operations, IT, Compliance, Training).\nMap “as-is” processes, pain points, handoffs, and data flows.\nEvaluate technical and operational constraints (e.g., role-based access, facility policies, Custody alignment).\nProduce a gap analysis and prioritized improvement list.\n2.2 Requirements & Solution Options\nFacilitate workshops to capture functional/non-functional requirements.\nDefine acceptance criteria and measures of success.\nDraft up to three solution options (including “no-regrets” quick wins), with pros/cons, effort, risk, cost, and timeline.\nRecommend a preferred approach and implementation plan.\n2.3 Workflow Redesign & Configuration\nDesign “to-be” workflows (diagrams, swimlanes).\nUpdate system configuration, roles, and permissions to support redesigned workflows.\nCreate test cases and execute configuration/unit testing.\nCoordinate User Acceptance Testing and incorporate feedback.\n2.4 Training & Enablement\nAssist Instructional Designer (ID) to develop role-based training (User, Supervisor, Administrator).\nAssist ID with production training assets: quick-start guides, job aids, videos, and knowledge base articles.\nAssist with delivery of instructor-led sessions (onsite/virtual) and train-the-trainer, if needed.\nEstablish plan for post-go-live support channels and office hours.\n2.5 Release & Stabilization Support\nPlan cutover (communications, blackout windows, rollback plan).\nSupport go-live across designated facilities.\nMonitor adoption,
