Bartender

The Lambertville Station Restaurant and Inn, a member of Genesis Hospitality and Dining, is seeking an observant and efficient Bartender who can work with other members of our team to ensures quality and prompt customer service. The Bartender assists in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked with all necessities. The Bartender should be knowledgeable about menu items and focused on providing excellent service to our guests. Essential Functions Present bar and wine lists to bar and restaurant guests Assess bar guest preferences and make recommendations Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for guests Interact with guests, take orders, and serve drinks Restock and replenish bar inventory Comply with all food and beverage and alcohol regulations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and serve wine, bottled, and draft beer Process guest bills or payments and balance cash receipts Communicate with guests to resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction Enforce rules and regulations Physical Demands: Physical, Mental and workplace Environment Conditions The employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear The employee is frequently required to stand and walk Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus Working Conditions: Workplace Environment Conditions Kitchen environment The noise level in this office is usually moderate to high Education and Experience: High school diploma and or equivalent Bilingual in Spanish a plus, however, not required Visit us at https://www.genesis-hospitality.com/ Genesis Hospitality is part of Genesis Global Group and is an equal opportunity employer.
