GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer

TWe are looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) Developer to build, optimize, and maintain our automation infrastructure end-to-end.This is not an assistant role. This is a technical build role.You must be experienced in designing workflows, building funnels, managing pipelines, implementing SMS/email campaigns, and integrating external systems.We move fast. We expect clean builds, proper documentation, and thorough QA before anything goes live.Core ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize GHL workflows with advanced triggers and conditional logicDesign and maintain funnels and landing pagesCreate forms, surveys, and calendar booking systemsStructure and manage pipelines and opportunity stagesImplement email + SMS campaignsSet up and manage Stripe payment integrationsConfigure integrations via Zapier, Make, webhooks, or APIEnsure proper tagging, segmentation, and automation structureQA all builds before deploymentDocument changes via Loom + written SOPsProvide daily progress updatesRequired Experience4+ years hands-on GoHighLevel build experiencePortfolio required (screenshots, snapshots, or Loom walkthroughs)Strong workflow logic and troubleshooting skillsDeep understanding of pipeline architectureExperience with Twilio + A2P 10DLC complianceKnowledge of email deliverability basics (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)Experience integrating Stripe inside GHLAbility to work in a structured staging/testing environmentTechnical Skills RequiredGoHighLevel (LeadConnector)Zapier and/or MakeWebhooks and API fundamentalsTwilio setup and SMS complianceMailgun or SMTP configurationStripe paymentsGoogle WorkspaceGA4 + Google Tag ManagerBonus:WordPress or WebflowCustom CSS inside GHLReporting dashboardsCampaign optimization experienceWork Style RequirementsDetail-obsessedFast execution without breaking systemsStrong documentation habitsClear communicatorAvailable for at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time dailyTo ApplyPlease include:Years of GHL experience2 Loom walkthroughs of past buildsScreenshots or snapshots of workflows you createdYour availability for ET overlap
