The F-15 Training systems include high fidelity cockpits with immersive visualization systems, high-fidelity computer-generated forces to provide synthetic opponents to train against, and applications providing instructors control over training setup, execution and post-training debrief.Boeing is focused on providing and exploring opportunities to enhance the Systems Engineering workforce within Government Training Engineering, work locations to include Hazelwood, MO or Berkeley, MO.Position Responsibilities:Create and lead obsolescence management process for F-15 USAF Training systems programProvide technical guidance to technicians and engineering where needed to troubleshoot complex issuesCoordinate efforts between multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., software, hardware, mission assurance, etc.)Provides oversight to the asset manager responsible for managing the database of program assets to ensure system compliance of proper configurations stocked in inventoryResponsible for writing CDRLs pertaining to obsolescence management to fulfill prime contract requirementsManages technical manuals for existing training devices deployed in the field to proper configuration levelsCoordinate the update of technical operations manuals in alignment with prime contact delivery needsAssist in troubleshooting of training devicesSupport formal testing and installation events as neededWorks directly with program engineering to resolve cross-functional technical issuesBuildup, integration and test of training devices for final delivery at customer's siteThis position requires an active U. S. Secret Security Clearance (U. S. Citizenship Required). (A U. S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active).
