This includes developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering innovative automation solutions.Key responsibilities include:Grow existing accounts and develop new business within the assigned territoryConduct sales calls and deliver technical presentations to target customersIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsSupport customers with quotations, pricing, order coordination, and technical assistanceCollaborate with internal teams to expedite orders and ensure on-time deliveryProvide product updates, training, and ongoing account supportMaintain accurate sales activity, manage accounts, and track pipeline in CRMBuild strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersStay current on new products and industry developmentsSupport additional projects and responsibilities as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical preferred) or equivalent technical sales experience5+ years of experience selling complex technical solutions; industrial or automation sales strongly preferredProven success meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience with CRM systems and pipeline managementFamiliarity with modern sales techniques and territory managementExperience in markets such as OEM, automotive, material handling,IIoT/Industry 4.0, packaging, mobile equipment, or semiconductor/electronicsWillingness to travel up to 50%Motivated to learn, grow, and continuously develop
