You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, inventory, and materials management teams to ensure optimal performance and output while championing Lean manufacturing initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment and wants to grow their career with an industry leader.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and schedule assembly operations, including material flow, headcount, and temporary workforce planningImplement and drive Lean manufacturing principles (5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping)Ensure quality standards and safe operating procedures are upheld at all timesCollaborate with Engineering and Materials teams to resolve workflow issues and enhance production efficiencyManage Time & Attendance records and oversee performance development of direct reportsLead daily materials and production meetings; report on order status and missed deadlinesProcess returned goods (RMAs) and rework efficientlyInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with root cause analysis and corrective actionPromote continuous improvement through training, motivation, and employee engagementAct as a liaison between departments to ensure timely delivery of finished goodsSupport safety initiatives and compliance with company policies and applicable regulationsRequirementsBachelor's degree and 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturingOR 5–7 years of supervisory/management experience in a manufacturing environmentProficient in Lean Manufacturing methodologiesStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience with ERP systems (preferably SAP)High attention to detail, strong math aptitude, and excellent project management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)SAP experienceProduction Planning system experienceFormal project management or planning backgroundBenefitsCompetitive salary: $80,000–$85,000 annuallyPerformance-based bonus opportunityComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidays#LI-SK1
