In this onsite role based in Madison, you will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring our HR and Finance systems are scalable, secure, and highly efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Design: Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Workday HCM, Finance, or specialized modules (Payroll, Benefits, Compensation).Optimization: Evaluate current configurations and business processes to drive automation and system improvements.Integrations & Security: Oversee complex integrations with third-party vendors and ensure robust security frameworks are maintained.Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior stakeholders to align Workday’s roadmap with organizational goals.Mentorship: Provide technical guidance to functional leads and junior configurations analysts.Required QualificationsExperience: 10+ years of Workday implementation and architecture experience.Certifications: Workday Pro or Partner certifications (e.g., HCM, Financials, or Reporting) are highly preferred.Technical Depth: Proven expertise in EIBs, Core Connectors, Studio, and calculated fields.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or HR Management.Location: Must be able to work onsite daily in Madison, WI.
