This role will work with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, solve technical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.\nResponsibilities Support manufacturing operations through process analysis, troubleshooting, and improvement activities\nIdentify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, improve flow, increase capacity, and lower cost\nApply Lean tools such as 5S, kaizen, value stream mapping, visual management, and standard work\nAssist with process documentation, operating procedures, and standard work updates\nCollect and analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities\nSupport line balancing, workflow, layout, staffing, and work cell improvements\nPartner with operations, maintenance, quality, and other teams to resolve technical issues\nParticipate in projects that improve manufacturing efficiency, safety, and productivity\nCommunicate progress, findings, and recommendations clearly\nBS or MS in the following Engineering Disciplines: Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Industrial or Ceramic Engineering or other related engineering discipline\n2+ years' experience inManufacturing Environment or related technical experience\nKnowledge of manufacturing systems, production processes, and standard engineering principles\nWorking knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools\nExperience with 5S, kaizen, value stream mapping, standard work, flow improvement, line balancing, or work cell design\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project\nPreferred Qualifications Data Analytics\nSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification\nKnowledge of manufacturing cost accounting\nProject management experience\nFrom internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
