Join us and become a part of a team that turns vision into action, making a tangible impact on the future of healthcare.\r\nDuties and Responsibilities\r\nWork with the agile team to participate in agile ceremonies like grooming, planning, standup, retrospective, demos.\r\nActively contribute to grooming and standup, create & update tasks, estimate and status.\r\nWrite complex queries, stored procedures, functions, SSIS Packages for various job execution.\r\nWork with data architects and business analysts to create a logical data model and create DDL scripts for physical model creation.\r\nDesign and develop modern ETL framework utilizing tools like Azure Databricks, ADF (Azure Data Factory), MS-SSIS, etc.\r\nDesign and develop ETL pipelines, using SQL, Stored procedures/functions/Notebooks to extract data from various sources and load into warehouse.\r\nDesign STAR or SNOWFLAKE database schema utilizing industry best practices to build Datawarehouse, data marts, views, cubes and data sets/products.\r\nDesign and develop data export frameworks to extract data from the warehouse, transform, pre-aggregate, perform calculations and load into various data marts for Analytics use.\r\nDesign & develop configurable data export framework to extract data from Datawarehouse and data marts to generate reports for internal and external customers in .csv, flat files.\r\nWork on large data to ensure configurable ingestion of data, dynamic rule & validation of data, cleansing, transforming and loading into the data warehouse.\r\nDesign and implement data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the data in the data warehouse.\r\nBuild data marts which will be utilized by Analytics tools like Power BI and work with Power Bi developer to optimize database schema and queries.\r\nPerform performance of queries and data processing, identify and resolve any issues looking at query plans, create appropriate indexes, resolve dead locks and create table hints.\r\nProduct quality design diagrams (using MS-Visio, Draw.io etc.) and documentations (MS-Work, Excel etc.).\r\nMaintain compliance with ComplexCare Solutions (CCS) policies, procedures and mission statement.\r\nAdhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within I CCS's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position.\r\nFulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by CCS for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company.\r\nJob Requirements\r\nMinimum of 7 years' industry experience working in data & reporting area, knowledge of healthcare data will be a plus\r\n5+ years working on Datawarehouse, ETL process/pipeline, Data Workflow, Query Plans & Optimization\r\n5+ experience in MS SQL, T-SQL, ETL Jobs\r\n5+ experience in Microsoft tools like SSMS, SSIS, SQL Server\r\n5+ years' experience in writing query plans, indexes etc.\r\n2+ years working with Analytics team (like Tableau, Power BI – Preferred)\r\n2+ years' experience working on Azure Cloud is preferred utilizing Azure Databricks and ADF (Azure Data Factory), Azure Delta Lake, Azure SQL Server, Data Sync, Log Insights and Analytics\r\nExperience working with Role based security at database, ETL jobs, data exports level\r\nStrong understanding of database concepts and schema (like star, snowflake schema)\r\nExperience with HIPPA and PHI will be a plus\r\nAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external customers\r\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\r\nExcellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)\r\nMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; and\r\nAbility to work independently and to carry out tasks to completion following standard accepted practices\r\nEducation\r\nBS degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.\r\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\r\nSedentary work (i.e., sitting for long periods of time).\r\nExerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force.\r\nFrequently or constantly to lift, carry push, pull or otherwise move objects and repetitive motions.\r\nSubject to inside environmental conditions.\r\nSome travel (less than 10%) may be required for this position, primarily for training and collaboration purposes.\r\nComplexCare Solutions offers competitive compensation and benefits package.\r\nThe Company is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
