This role is ideal for experienced systems engineers looking to expand their Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) expertise within an established digital engineering community.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nLead development and maintenance of operational, business, system, data, and integration architectures using MBSE methodologies and DoDAF/UAF frameworks.\n\nDevelop SysML/UML models capturing requirements, interfaces, behaviors, workflows, and mission threads with full traceability.\n\nSupport digital engineering strategies including digital thread, authoritative model repositories, and configuration management.\n\nTranslate operational and business requirements into scalable enterprise solution architectures.\n\nDefine integration approaches, interoperability requirements, and interface specifications across DoD systems.\n\nEstablish architecture governance, modeling standards, technical baselines, and design review processes.\n\nCollaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, testing, and program management teams.\n\nPrepare executive briefings, technical documentation, and customer deliverables.\n\nMaintain compliance with security requirements and applicable standards.\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nU.S. Citizenship.\n\nActive DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.\n\nBachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n7+ years designing enterprise, systems, or solution architectures supporting large-scale IT or DoD programs.\n\nWorking knowledge of SysML/UML and architecture frameworks such as DoDAF or UAF.\n\nStrong analytical, organizational, written, verbal, and briefing skills.\n\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n5+ years of MBSE/Digital Engineering experience.\n\nMaster's degree in a related field.\n\nExperience supporting USTRANSCOM or DoD logistics modernization.\n\nExperience with Cameo/MagicDraw, Sparx EA, Rhapsody, or similar tools.\n\nKnowledge of cloud architectures, DevSecOps, Zero Trust, and DoD acquisition processes.\n\nProfessional certifications such as OCSMP, INCOSE CSEP/ESEP, TOGAF, SAFe, or AWS/Azure.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive salary\n\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n\n401(k) with company match\n\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\n\nCompany-paid life insurance\n\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\nSupplemental insurance options\n\nPaid holidays\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nProfessional development opportunities\n\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nC5T Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating an inclusive workplace.
