This requires integrity, as well as a keen understanding of Intertek systems including iConnect, Phoenix, PeopleSoft, and EPF.\r\nSalary & Benefits Information\r\nThe salary range for this position is $23 - $27 per hour. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.\r\nIn addition to competitive compensation packages, Intertek employees are eligible for a variety of benefits including paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, paid parental leave, medical plan options, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a 401(k) plan with company matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.\r\nWhat you'll do:\r\nValidate all documentation submitted by client\r\nAct as a liaison between Customer, Account Manager, and Operations, as needed\r\nProcess orders across all Intertek systems\r\nResearch and assist with resolving account problems\r\nManage new and existing client accounts\r\nUse financial tools available to determine clients' credit worthiness and status\r\nCreate Intercompany projects\r\nAssist with resolution of invoicing issues, as necessary\r\nCreate deposit invoices and submitting internal match payments\r\nPerform other duties as required.\r\nThis position outline is a general guideline and does not represent all encompassing details.
