Role Description This part-time position is for a Certified Teacher specializing in grades B-6, based on-site in Spring Valley, NY. The Certified Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering age-appropriate lessons, assessing student progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Daily responsibilities include lesson planning, classroom instruction, and effectively communicating with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success. The teacher will also guide students in developing essential skills and provide training to promote their personal and academic growth. Qualifications Experience in Lesson Planning and Education, with a focus on elementary-age studentsStrong skills in Teaching and Training, including fostering student engagementEffective Communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleaguesNew York State Certification in Education for grades B-6Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environmentExperience with diverse learning needs is a plusBachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
