We are currently expanding and seeking a Registered Dietitian for our Lake Mary, FL location. This position is open to both full-time and part-time applicants. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the healthcare team to integrate medical nutrition therapy for diabetes management. Document nutritional care in patient medical records. Develop and implement personalized nutritional care plans. Use a patient-centered approach to support lifestyle, diet, and medication adherence. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to patients. Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress in diabetes management. Stay current with diabetes-related technology, trends, research, policy, and standards of care. Utilize educational materials and technology to enhance patient understanding and engagement. Offer education to patients both individually and in group settings. Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Diabetes Care Education Specialist preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in diabetes education and counseling. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Strong organizational and documentation skills. Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations. Proficiency in using educational materials and technology for patient education.
