Overview Tri-D Plumbing is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Sewer Jetter / Commercial Service Plumber to join our team. This is not a sales position; we are looking for someone who excels at problem-solving and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial plumbing maintenance and repair, including sewer jetting, drain cleaning, and troubleshooting complex plumbing issues. Residential service experience is also accepted. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that commercial plumbing systems function efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Operate commercial sewer jetting equipment to clear blockages and maintain drain lines. Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance on commercial systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Troubleshoot and resolve complex plumbing issues efficiently and safely. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards. Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of issues and solutions. Maintain a high standard of customer service, focusing on problem-solving and timely resolutions. Handle heavy lifting of equipment and materials necessary for plumbing tasks. Skills Experience operating commercial sewer jetting equipment and performing drain cleaning services. Proficiency in commercial plumbing repair and maintenance. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex plumbing issues. Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in commercial plumbing. Residential service experience is accepted. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or kneeling.
