lists.\r\nReview check-out forms and reconcile absences to create \"early leave\" lists.\r\nEnter codes into files to indicate individual students' excuses for absences.\r\nPrepare correspondence to students' parents/guardians to advise of excessive absences according to established policies.\r\nPrepare attendance reports and reconcile manual and computer reports monthly.\r\nMaintain a database of student enrollment, recording details such as name, address, guardians, gender, race, immunization, class schedule, grades, bus assignment, lunch period, medical needs, and emergency
