You'll provide recommendations and technical expertise that enhance equipment design, reliability, and maintainability, and lead proactive maintenance strategies and RAMI/RCM analyses.\r\nWhat You'll DoServe as the strategic interface supporting Production, Operations, Infrastructure Management, and Craft personnel with reliability-based technical guidance.\r\nDefine and support implementation of recommendations that improve reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and safety/security systems.\r\nGather, review, and analyze RAMI data (reliability, availability, maintainability, inspectability) for systems and facilities; review manuals, data sheets, and technical basis docs.\r\nLead integration of project and plant RAMI deliverables; develop proactive maintenance strategies for structures, systems, and components.\r\nPerform failure mode identification and root-cause failure analysis; conduct trend analysis of critical assets.\r\nDefine, develop, implement, revise, and monitor Asset Management Plans; deploy condition-based/predictive and other NDT methodologies to surface issues before failure.\r\nComplete and present RAMI and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses, including labor distributions, critical spares, proactive plans, failure rates (MTBF/MTTR), and life-cycle cost analysis.\r\nMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in an engineering or physical-science discipline from an ABET-accredited program.\r\nMust meet DOE O 426.2 qualification requirements (Baccalaureate in Engineering/Related Science, 2 years job-related experience, and 1 year nuclear experience, or DOE-approved alternative).
