The Electrical Assembler will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems in accordance with specifications and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.\r\n$20.00+ an hour (Based on experience, could increase)\r\n1st Shifts available\r\nKey Responsibilities:\r\nAssemble electrical components, subassemblies, and systems according to engineering drawings, schematics, and work instructions.\r\nPerform soldering, wiring, and cable harnessing tasks.\r\nInspect and test assembled components and systems to ensure proper functionality and compliance with quality standards.\r\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical assemblies as needed.\r\nMaintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety protocols and procedures.\r\nCollaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.\r\nDocument work performed and maintain accurate records of assembly processes and test results.\r\nRequirements:\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.\r\nProven experience as an Electrical Assembler or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.\r\nProficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.\r\nStrong soldering skills and experience with various hand tools and testing equipment.\r\nExcellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.\r\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues.\r\nGood communication and interpersonal skills.\r\nBenefits:\r\nCompetitive salary based on experience.\r\nComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.\r\nRetirement savings plan with company match.\r\nPaid time off and holidays.\r\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\r\nHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume and cover letter through Indeed or by emailing.
