This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end expense management process, ensuring compliance with company policies, and providing exceptional support to employees across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Concur expense management system and Deltek Vantagepoint and a proven track record in expense administration.Key Responsibilities:Expense Management & ProcessingReview, audit, and process employee travel and expense reports for accuracy and policy complianceUtilize Concur and Deltek Vantagepoint to handle expense management workflows efficientlyEnsure timely and accurate employee reimbursementsIdentify and address discrepancies in expense submissions promptlyRespond to employee inquiries and assist with audits and ad hoc requestsCorporate Card & Reimbursement ProgramsReconcile corporate credit card transactions and resolve discrepanciesManage corporate Amex card issuance and oversee related administrative tasksAdminister the vehicle reimbursement program and verify proper documentationAccounting & Financial SupportSupport month-end close activities, including expense accruals and reportingPerform light accounting tasks, including invoice coding and processingSupport other accounts payable responsibilities as neededMaintain accurate records and provide reports using ExcelCompliance & Customer ServiceEnsure adherence to financial guidelines and company proceduresCollaborate with team members to resolve expense-related inquiries with a focus on customer serviceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company expense policies and proceduresQualificationsRequired Qualifications:Must be located in or near Dallas, Texas4 days a week in office presence2-4 years of relevant experienceProven experience as an expense administrator, particularly with Concur and Deltek VantagepointStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Excel for data management and reportingCustomer service mindset and ability to communicate effectivelyAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust perform all other duties as assigned by your managerPreferred Qualifications:Prior experience in a BRE (Built Environment) or construction-related company is advantageousFamiliarity with light accounting tasks such as coding invoices and check runsExperience with invoice processing and accounts payable workflowsKnowledge of financial compliance and internal controls Additional InformationFor more information, please visit www.socotec.usJob Type: Full-TimeAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Socotec is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.SOCOTEC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
