Reporting to the Program Director or Director, this position is responsible for coordinating program activities, supervising program staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to program participants. This role may manage a caseload of their own.\r\nMust have\r\nKnowledge of human services principles, best practices, and evidence-based interventions relevant to the program's focus area (e.g., mental health, homelessness, youth services).\r\nKnowledge of community resources, services, and support networks available to program participants, including social service agencies, government programs, and community-based organizations.\r\nStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\r\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate program activities, resources, and logistics effectively.\r\nFlexibility and adaptability to respond to changing needs, priorities, and circumstances, adjusting program strategies and approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.\r\nResponsibilities Include\r\nSupervise program staff, providing direction, guidance, and support.\r\nConduct regular staff meetings to discuss program goals, updates, and challenges.\r\nProvide training and professional development opportunities for staff members.\r\nDelegate tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring workload balance.\r\nAddress staffing issues, conflicts, and concerns in a timely and effective manner.\r\nFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and collaboration.\r\nClient Care and Safety\r\nOversee participant intake and assessment processes to ensure a comprehensive understanding of individual needs.\r\nDevelop and implement individualized service plans for program participants.\r\nMonitor participant progress towards goals and adjust service plans as needed.\r\nProvide crisis intervention and support to participants experiencing emergencies or crises.\r\nEnsure participant safety and well-being through regular check-ins and follow-ups.\r\nProgram Operations\r\nEnsure compliance with programmatic requirements, regulations, and standards.\r\nCollect, analyze, and report program data and outcomes to stakeholders.\r\nCoordinate program logistics, including scheduling, space management, and transportation.\r\nCollaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program impact.\r\nRepresent the program and organization in meetings, events, and community forums.\r\nPerform other duties as assigned.\r\nResponsible for personnel management to include but not limited to\r\nLeave Management, Workers Compensation, Unemployment, Performance Management, hiring, remediation and termination.\r\nManagement of Professional services\r\nPurchasing of required supplies and reconciliation of receipts.\r\nOn-call responsibilities for region.\r\nIncident Management in partnership with QCO.\r\nWhen applicable understanding of labor to include but not limited to seniority and overtime rules and contract interpretation.\r\nClient fund management\r\nIntake and distribution of medication\r\nOversight of team compliance of required trainings.\r\nOversight of program operations to ensure adherence to monthly budgetary requirements.\r\nMerakey is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer!
