As a Machine Operator, you will utilize microscopes, hand tools, measurement, and test equipment to monitor and maintain machinery, troubleshoot malfunctions, and meet production standards. This role requires cross-training and certification in multiple work centers — including SMD, Underfill, Transformer Assembly, Mold, Laser Mark, and more — to support continuous manufacturing processes in a high-tech industry. You will work with minimal supervision, adhering strictly to safety, quality, and cost guidelines, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing line.\n\nThis position offers a dynamic work environment perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong mechanical skills, and a commitment to quality assurance.
