We just received Series A funding led by Intel Capital to support enhancing our existing product line and enable us to deliver new, innovative solutions worldwide.\nIf you are looking to push the limits of cutting-edge technology in an impactful role with a talented team, we would love to hear from you!\n\nAbout the Role\nThe Electrical Engineer will support the electrical design, assembly, testing, and commissioning of such equipment, and may travel to customer locations for installation or servicing.\nYour Role\nWork cross-functionally with development groups as well as within the Electrical Engineering team.\nCoordinate engineering projects. Direct project activities, prepare schedules, coordinate projects with Marketing, R&D, Purchasing, and Manufacturing.\nAnalyze, recommend, and develop design approaches required to meet Marketing, Production and cost requirements for new or improved products.\nPerform detailed design of complex electronic circuits and systems to meet product requirements and specifications.\nEvaluate various designs and manufacturing processes for cost effectiveness and recommended solutions. Develop design philosophies that satisfy interrelated aspects of product design.\nIntegration of electronics into other aspects of products including mechanical, electro-optical, software and user interface.\nDrive continuous improvement within the Electrical Engineering group, and cross-functionally.\nAssist in new product transition from Engineering to Production to resolve design issues found during the pilot run and initial production run of new products\nInitiate supplier contacts and assist purchasing in supplier evaluation and selection for tooling, fabricated parts, purchased parts and secure alternative design opportunities.\nParticipate in EE design review of complex systems and circuits to find the best option in devices, protocols and connections.\nDocument electrical systems including generating schematics, assembly drawings, procedures, timing diagrams and operational descriptions.\nPerform experimental tests, evaluations, and simulations on electrical systems.\nDevelop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and reliability.\nQualifications (Required)\nBSEE (Advanced degree MSEE preferred) or equivalent and three to four (3-4) years of relevant electronic design experience\nAbility to read and interpret engineering assembly drawings & work procedures\n2+ years' experience lab test equipment such as digital multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies, logic analyzer\nHands-on experience with electronic product assembly, soldering & rework\nExperience in using PCB/Schematic software such as Eagle and Orcad\nExperience using Wiring Harness Software\nExperience designing harnesses and assemblies for use in ultra-high vacuum environment a plus\nPrevious experience with SOLIDWORKS Electrical a plus\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nExcellent technical, conceptual, problem solving, and analytical skills\nApplicants should thrive in a dynamic start-up environment\nQualifications (Bonus to Have)\nOne (1) year of project management\nSemiconductor manufacturing industry experience\nPosition Details\nThe annual base salary range for this full-time position is $95K-$120K + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and EUV Tech's location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the respective role.
