RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring a positive and lasting impression
Manage, coach, and develop technicians and service advisors
Interview, hire, and onboard new team members
Distribute and prioritize work efficiently among technicians
Ensure customers have a consistently positive dealership experience
Provide concierge-level support for all owner inquiries, both in person and by phone
Build strong relationships with customers and employees
Ensure proper accounting practices and the overall financial health of the service department
Drive performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction in alignment with Kia standards
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of high-volume dealership fixed operations or service management experience strongly preferred
Prior KIA service management experience preferred
Preferred experience with Dealertrack and XTIME
Technical automotive knowledge helpful but not required
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and develop teams
Organized, professional, and customer-focused leadership style
Dealership experience required
General knowledge of business operations and accounting
