We guarantee you won’t find a better place to work and thrive than at Blueprint.In This RoleIn this role, you will work as a full‑stack web engineer on an internal platform that enables teams across the organization to build, host, and scale web portals. You will contribute to both customer‑facing user experiences and the underlying platform infrastructure that supports multiple applications. Your day‑to‑day work will span frontend development, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and ongoing support of live systems.You will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers, take ownership of features from design through deployment, and help improve platform performance, reliability, and developer experience.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, document, and maintain full‑stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologiesBuild and scale frontend experiences using React and TypeScriptDevelop and optimize backend services and APIs using .NET (C#) and related frameworksDesign, manage, and query relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent)Deploy, operate, and troubleshoot applications in containerized environments (Kubernetes)Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deliveryMonitor system performance and reliability; participate in live‑site support and issue resolutionIdentify, document, and escalate production issues and contribute to root‑cause analysisParticipate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices for maintainability and qualityCollaborate cross‑functionally with partner teams to integrate services, APIs, and shared componentsParticipate in agile ceremonies such as standups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesDrive incremental improvements in system performance, scalability, and developer workflowsQualifications2–4 years of professional experience in software or web developmentBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Hands‑on experience with full‑stack web developmentExperience building frontend applications with ReactBackend development experience using C#/.NET or similar server‑side technologiesWorking knowledge of relational databases and SQLFamiliarity with cloud‑based or distributed systemsExperience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practicesStrong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and debugging skillsAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver on commitmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience working on shared platforms or frameworks used by multiple applicationsExperience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes environmentsCloud development experience (public cloud platforms preferred)Familiarity with live‑site ownership, monitoring, and reliability practicesExposure to both frontend and backend system design decisionsDemonstrated ability to ramp up quickly on new internal tools and documentationComfortable working in fast‑paced environments with evolving requirementsSalary RangeAt Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $48.08 to $50.88 per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
