Join us for a virtual tour!Job SummarySupport the DDA II in organizing, classifying, editing and transmitting documents and records according to set project plans and applicable statutory requirements.Primary Job ResponsibilitiesInterface with contractor's records management personnel to identify and comply with any special procedures or requirementsCreate formal transmittal lettersTransmit, receive and inspect incoming documents for completion and accuracyScan, convert and assemble documents as imagesReceive and fulfill requests for documentsRoute documents to appropriate individuals for updates and approvalTrack location and status of documentsIdentify and apply proper procedures to documents that require changes, distribution or handlingPackage and send records to contractor(s) per project requirementPerform administrative tasks for AT SalesAbide by company policiesIn order to achieve business objectives, work weeks in excess of 40 hours may be requiredOther duties as assigned Requirements: Demonstrated intermediate entry level proficiency using Microsoft ExcelAdministrative experience preferredAbility to prioritize workload to meet objectivesWorking EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, work is performed primarily in an adequately lit, well ventilated, climate controlled general office environment. Close computer work is regularly required. The work usually involves minimal physical exertion. The noise level in the general office environment is usually moderate.This job may require occasional or more frequent interaction with employees on the manufacturing shop floor. While on the shop floor, the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, risks of moving equipment and parts, and other risks associated with a manufacturing environment. Because of this environment and associated risks, coordination with shop floor managers/employees may be necessary before entering the shop floor, and use of job appropriate personal protective equipment and clothing is required on the shop floor.
