Cycle Counting\nPerform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts based on predefined schedules and ABC classification.\nCount physical inventory of raw materials, fabricated parts, hardware, tires, axles, electrical components, and finished trailers.\nRecord inventory counts accurately and compare results with the ERP system.\n2. Inventory Reconciliation:\nInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.\nIdentify root causes such as incorrect BOM consumption, misplacements, incorrect receiving, or mislabeling.\nReport findings and recommend corrective actions to prevent future discrepancies.\n3. Process Support:\nCommunicate with material handlers, production leads, and warehouse personnel to ensure part locations are correct and well-documented.\nAssist in auditing inventory transactions such as returns, scrap, rework, and transfer orders.\n4. Documentation & Reporting:\nMaintain detailed logs of count activity and variance investigations.\nGenerate and submit cycle count reports with observations and potential inventory risks.\n5.
