Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Loan Processor. The Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications, preparing and verifying loan documents, collaborating with underwriting teams, and communicating with clients to ensure seamless transactions. The role entails managing the end-to-end loan processing workflow, maintaining adherence to regulatory standards, and meeting deadlines to support client needs effectively. Qualifications Proficiency in Loan Processing, including preparation and organization of loan documentsFamiliarity with loan-related practices, including underwriting and analyzing financial dataStrong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and collaborationAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyExperience with commercial real estate financing is a plusBachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred
