Overview

Physicians own and manage their own practice entity, and MedCBO supplies services such as revenue cycle management, accounting, EHR support, payer contracting, HR administration, and supply‑chain coordination.

Physician Responsibilities

Requirements
MD or DO with an unrestricted license in good standing in the intended state of practice
Board certified or board eligible in a specialty appropriate to the clinical services to be provided
Eligible for hospital and/or facility privileges where applicable
Ability to obtain professional liability coverage at standard market rates
No current limitations, exclusions, or disciplinary restrictions that would prevent independent practice
Interest in the independent practice model

Location
Multiple U.S. markets available (urban, suburban, and rural). Relocation and market selection are physician‑directed and subject to licensure requirements.
