The ideal candidate is technically adept and possesses general knowledge of the automotive industry and its products. The driver would be responsible for gathering data to customer specifications across North America, and documenting observations in a clear and detailed manner through our Data Acquisition system.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nCarry out various driving services on vehicles in line with customer specifications.\r\nDrive and operate vehicles across a pre-defined routes through various terrain and weather conditions.\r\nPerform predatory activities before shift, including but not limited to inspection of the vehicle before and after shift completion.\r\nManage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.\r\nDrive vehicles in a safe manner and following traffic regulations.\r\nFollow instructions provided by project manager.\r\nPerform reporting activities daily and when required by the program manager.\r\nMaintain all documentation with utmost confidentiality.\r\nSupport the acquisition of data and implement proper tagging techniques to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies found during data acquisition.\r\nDuration – This project is expected to last 6 months with consecutive projects thereafter.\r\nWorking location will be in Ormond BEach, FL\r\n(Note: These tasks are not intended to be all-inclusive. You may perform other related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the company)\r\nQualifications:\r\nQualifications\r\nQualifications\r\nHigh School diploma\r\n5 years of licensed driving experience\r\nMust have current Driver's License and a clean driving record for a minimum of 3 years.\r\nExperience working with ADAS features highly preferred.\r\nAdditional Information\r\nJob Functions:\r\nMust be physically able to support test preparation and execution in an outdoor environment.\r\nMust have a flexible schedule and be able to work extended hours and weekends.\r\nPossess a valid driver's license and clean vehicle driving record.\r\nMeet all workplace health and safety requirements and practices.\r\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds able to drive passenger vehicles up to 8 hours a day.\r\nSchedule:\r\nMonday to Sunday\r\nAPPLUS IDIADA is an equal opportunity employer.
