We offer a generous benefits package and compensation commensurate with your experience and skill set.\n\nGeneral Description:\nThe successful candidate will be an experienced Project/Program Manager, with expert knowledge and experience using Agile software development methods for their customers. The successful candidate will be the single point of contact to the customer for this effort and will be responsible for day-to-day project and task execution, ensuring the on-time and successful delivery of all project deliverables, leading occasional project status briefings with the customer, and performing staff performance management and development.\n\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nThe successful candidate will oversee the performance of various tasks including establishing USCG governance structures, supporting the strategic goal of developing and connecting metrics directly to business outcomes, and supporting the strategic goal of continuous process improvement for the USCG.
