School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. The director is actively reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews, so please apply today for immediate consideration!Responsibilities:• Provide evaluations, assessments, and diagnosis of speech, language, voice, and communication disorders• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs• Support students across K–12 grade levels with mild to severe diagnoses• Manage caseload responsibilities, including documentation and case management duties• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussionsExperience:• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred• Experience with K–12 caseloads strongly preferred• Case management experience a plusEducation & Certification:• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required• ASHA CCC-SLP preferredEmployment Details:• Employment Type: Full-time, Contract• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week• Setting: Onsite• Start Date: ASAP• End Date: June 3, 2026• Caseload: K–12 students (mild to severe needs)• Commitment: Opportunity to extend into the next school yearThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school district and make a meaningful impact across a diverse student population.
