If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and lead crews on impactful projects, we’d love to hear from you.\nResponsibilities Supervise and support elevator construction and MOD crews within the assigned territory.\nCoordinate schedules for assigned crews (short-term and long-term).\nUphold Delaware Elevator Inc company policies, rules and regulations, including all safety plans.\nReview and bring projects in on schedule with customers and our internal hours and schedule.\nSchedule and coordinate material deliveries and material requirements.\nOversee all aspects of quality control.\nPerform MOD surveys as needed.\nSupervise and assist with adjusting as needed.\nReview material tracking log and attend company progress and safety meetings weekly.\nQualifications 8+ years of progressive experience in the elevator industry with project management background.\n2+ years of proven supervisory/leadership experience.\nValid elevator mechanic license (local/state) – CET, NEIEP, or equivalent.\nQualified Elevator Inspector (QEI) certification or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.\nStrong computer proficiency (MS Office, internet).\nSelf-motivated, with excellent communication and organizational skills.\nMust pass background checks and drug screenings to gain clearance for government sites.\nWhy Delaware Elevator?
