Administrative Assistant - Accounts Receivable and Customer Credit

We are looking for focused, self-motivated team members with strong work ethic and verbal communication skillsEssential DutiesCustomer Account ManagementReview customer credit applications, establish account terms and set up new accountsMonitor customer account performance and compliance with credit policiesRevise customer account terms.Manage customer inquiries and claims and resolve account issuesEstablish relationships with key customer accountsBillingSupervise preparation and delivery of customer invoicesManage customer billing issues and customer training toward self sufficiencyAccounts ReceivableSupervise the accurate and timely receipt and posting of all paymentsCoordinate and reconcile customer payments retrieved by delivery vendorsCollectionsMonitor all customer account aging and payment statusPerform periodic customer account credit risk assessmentsSupervise communication with delinquent customers and in-house sales staffSupervise collection efforts in accordance with collection policiesManagement and ReportingDevelop and implement improved processes for account management, billing and collections, and customer satisfactionSupervise, coach and train employees toward peak performance in a high volume atmospherePrepare and issue monthly reports to management with action recommendations including write offsCoordinate activities with Controller and accounting personnelQualificationsBachelor or Associates Degree Preferred4 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience2 years of management experience preferredAutomotive Dealership experience preferredCDK management system experience preferredBenefitsMedical, Dental and Vision Insurance as well as other ancillary products401(k) retirement and savings plan with employer matching fundsPaid Time Off and HolidaysEmployee Discounts on all servicesEmployee Assistance Program**All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background check and drug screen**
