The CIL provides a reliable resource to advance the Initial Operating Capability of NATO Joint Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance across a distributed, coalition‑shared data environment.\nResponsibilities Designs, installs, configures, and maintains operating systems, hardware, and networks\nCollaborates with cyber security and network teams to ensure system integration\nDeploys, configures, and administers virtual machines within the vCenter infrastructure\nReviews vulnerability scans and remediates systems\nBuilds and maintains transient Active Directory domain environments for validation testing\nPlans and directs upgrades of operating systems and designs system enhancements\nMaintains baseline system images and VMware virtual machine templates\nDevelops documentation on new or existing systems\nDetermines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility\nDiagnoses and resolves complex technical issues in hardware and software\nImplements warranty and support activities\nServes as liaison with clients, participating in meetings to ensure client needs are met\nMaintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned\nParticipates in special projects as required\nRequired Qualifications 5+ years of related systems engineering experience\nMust possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance\nBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience\nMust have VMware experience\nExperience applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) required\nExperience with vendor relationship and cost estimation\nPrevious experience administering Windows Server Domains\nDoW 8570.1 IAT Level II compliant\nPreferred Qualifications LINUX experience\nHigh desired MS Windows Certification (MCSA/MCSE)\nVMWare Certification\nMicrosoft SQL Server and IIS experience\nPowerShell, Python, Ansible, and PowerCLI experience\nF5 BIG‑IP experience\nAdditional certifications may be required based on assignment\nSalary Range $97,968 – $120,750 (based on experience, location, and contractual requirements)\nLocation USA – VA, Langley AFB (onsite work)\nHours & Travel Scheduled weekly hours: 40.
