They're powering the AI chips that run the world's most advanced data centers. They're being used in FDA-track medical devices that could one day detect breast cancer from a patient's breath. And they're helping replace the dental drill.\nThis isn't a warehouse assembly line. You'll be hand-building precision laser drivers and electronic assemblies that end up in some of the most consequential technology on the planet — and you'll know exactly what you built.\nROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES\nYou'll spend your days at your own bench, building. That means:\n· Hand soldering PCB assemblies — both SMT and through-hole — with care and precision\n· Mechanical assembly: integrating PCBs into finished driver units (bench-top sized, nothing heavy)\n· Building wire harnesses\n· Running basic pass/fail verification testing\n· If you love the satisfaction of building something that works and works right, this is the job.\nYou'll train alongside a highly experienced technician for the first couple of weeks, then work independently at your own bench on a variety of products. The team is small and collaborative — people who genuinely enjoy what they make.\nESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS\n· High school diploma required; AA in electronics or related field is a plus\n· 5+ years of hands-on SMT and through-hole soldering experience in a production or manufacturing environment\n· Experience building electro-mechanical sub-assemblies and wire harnesses\n· Strong attention to detail — you follow documented processes carefully and consistently\n· Basic computer proficiency (ERP system navigation via barcode scanning; no advanced skills needed)\n· A production mindset: you like to see what you built at the end of the day\n· A collaborative, easy-going personality — this team values mutual respect and a willingness to learn from experienced colleagues\n· IPC and/or J-STD soldering certifications are a plus (the company self-certifies annually\nWHY WORK FOR US:\nProfit sharing: Every employee — every level — participates.
